Award for Creative Solutions under $15k. The award was for beveled sidelights and transoms Pamela created for the entryway in a beautiful home in McLean, Virginia, designed by Rob Morris of Morris-Day Architects and Designers.

for Residential Interior $75,000 – $150,000

NARI – National Association Of The Remodeling Industry – Metro DC Chapter

Award for Residential Interior $75,000 – $150,000. The award was for a kitchen designed by Finesse Design and Remodeling. Elizabeth Mitchell, Owner, also designed the stained glass kitchen cabinet inserts and stained glass door done in the style of Art Deco which Pamela then created in her McLean Stained Glass Studios.

The Artist

Pamela Joyce Wright has over 30 years experience creating Architectural Stained Glass and Mosaics.

Her creations are on display in museums and prestigious art galleries. Pamela is also a member of the National Capital Art Glass Guild. She received her B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Maryland.

“I have a very strong sense of design and love of color which I use in my creations. I consider them to be fine art.”

Working with architects, interior designers and private clients, her work has encompassed panels in doors, windows, cabinets, tables, floor medallions, backsplashes, mirrors and walls.

Credentials

Pamela received her B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Maryland. Her work is scheduled to be exhibited in the Phillip Ratner Museum. Pamela creations have sold in fine galleries throughout the United States and they have been featured in different publications including the San Diego Tribune, Western Art & Architecture, Waterfront Home & Design and Elan Magazine.
