“The Rose Women” are custom panels that stretch over 6 feet high and were designed by Pamela Wright and Rob Morris of Morris-Day Architects. The great Scottish artists, Charles Rennie MacIntosh and his wife Margaret MacDonald, inspired the design. The profile of the women in the photos, as well as the lovely roses in their hair are made of hand-blown pink glass. It is the most expensive glass because it is made with gold.
These are 2 of 5 panels which have been installed in a home designed and built by Morris-Day.
